The biggest-to-date project of the Saudi Ministry of Housing.
With more than 4,500 properties, Retaj Mecca is the largest single residential project undertaken by the Saudi Ministry of Housing to date. The community features fully equipped hospitals, 14 sports playgrounds, shopping & retail centers, parks and designated kids’ areas, in addition to 2 schools & mosques with 24/7 security onsite.
Saudi Ministry of Housing called on Pulse Digital to steer the complete branding process, from naming to building the website. The objective was to build a memorable brand for consumers to engage, visit and show the initial interest in the project, which is located near the holy city of Mecca in the Kingdom.
Pulse Digital coupled detailed regional with historical research to create a name that would capture the spirit of the project. We then applied our design expertise to build an entire brand around that name inspired from the “Door to Mecca”. Our team then built an elegant & highly-optimized website on WordPress CMS that enabled customers to view & book different units. The next phases of the project (scheduled in Q2 2019) will include e-service functions for customers to manage their asset and view / pay installments online.
