The biggest-to-date project of the Saudi Ministry of Housing.
The KSA Ministry of Housing, in partnership with Sakani and Al Khomasiah, wanted to created a brand identity, digital presence and launch event for their biggest joint venture to date, Retaj. Located in Mecca, KSA, the project comprises of more than 4,500 units, and is exclusively dedicated to Saudi Nationals.
The client wanted to create a brand identity that would truly reflect the uniqueness of the project. Starting with a name with a deep classic Arabic meaning all the way to a grand launch event.
A complete branding exercise took place in order to come up with this final result. The exercise included a brand workshop, brand identity conceptualization and roll out to several online and offline mediums including merchandising items (t-shirts, caps, mugs, sunshades), billboards, stickers, stationary, email signatures, project brochure and website. Off the back of this successful project, Pulse has been commissioned to work on 4 new projects for the Saudi Ministry of Housing.
