As part of a market re-introduction strategy, Samir Abbas decided to come up with a brand new identity that would refresh their market position and help them increase their market share of customers. Pulse was commissioned to undertake the project as a 360 degree solution provider, and lead digital consultancy firm.
A new brand was created from scratch, including strategy, communications, visual identity and roll out to all marketing collaterals. Following this initial step, Pulse proceeded to create a new digital asset that would convey the values and vision of Ekthar. Our team started with the conceptualization of web prototypes, then translated them into an outstanding, cutting-edge user experience that truly walks the visitor through a journey, answers all his questions, and pushes him towards the next step of his purchase journey. In addition, Pulse managed the brand’s social presence, increasing the calls and requests for information by 600% over the course of 3 weeks.
